    I didnt realy enjoy the ova's to symphonia alot.
    They werent bad but they had just too much plot to cover in a short time.
    So i doubt that the anime for abyss is any better.
    Still havent playd ToS2, i should though ... considering theres going to be a third ToS game soon.

    Well Tales of Symphonia was a fun game tbh.
    I didn't like the series too tho.
    But Tales of the Abyss is a whole different Story Line.
    its freaking addicted too watch =D

    Though this is more along the OVA discussion (assuming since anime subforums), I still have to say I cannot wait for chronicles in a few weeks.

    Though it's somewhat of an HD remake, the first game will have additional content along with the missing content the NTSC-J had. Finally will be able to play with all Mystic Artes plus Abyssion will be even more fun to fight.

    The ps2 rerelease version did have alot of the content we/the gamecube release never got and was released in north america if i remember correctly.

    The PS2 version was Japanese only and was a simple port with additional content. No NTSC-U or PAL versions exist on the PS2, which is why it's nice to see a remake on the PS3 for both regions to enjoy. Sure, you could always import, but I can't read the language, so... tough for me '-'.
