your visuals are acting strange. reinstall you video card drivers to make sure its not software related. my best guess is that your videocard is dying. my condolances.

Give that videocard a nice burrial. Could also be your monitor but unlikely

virus could be possible but i have never seen a virus doing this to a win 7 desktop.

btw if your video card is really broken and you are looking for a new one i have a cheap one you can buy. geforce 9600 GT 512MB DDR3. used but working fine.

Problem is I have a laptop and idk anything about it to be honest.
