I agree to Donatella, since the latest patch, players are having a trouble in Infected. Even I, myself, also want to report about this bug.

The antilead on hits was disabled. You basically have to "lead" the slash now to make a hit just like a regular game. This was done by linear.

"- Removed anti-lead from melee items in infected."

We'll fix that in the next patch in order to make the hits feel more accurate.
