If you looked at the replay closely, you would have noticed that nobody is able to damage him.
The main reason why you cannot damage him is because he was having AE/NAT to all the other players as you weren't the only one who was hitting him but dealing no damage.
The user was also shooting at the wall exactly where the players spawn, therefore it was just a NAT, he wasn't hacking as I also checked him just now myself.
However, if you catch the user using force NAT in rooms such as "Deathmatch, TDM, CTF", feel free to report him and we will serve a punishment.
