I'm sorry to disappoint you but all I can say is that the user is not using an ESP hack.
It was lEat (small L letter) and all he did was relying on sound play.
It's true that round one is suspicious just because he was like watching him through the walls but watch the replay yourself, use a good headset and volume up your FG options to 70-80% and you would be able to hear where the enemy is.
Most of the times the user just stopped moving and was looking at the no where just to hear where the enemy is, there were no signs of ESP.
