My computer is not starting and it makes a noise what to do

Question one;
does it make a bleep sound? if so, nothing wrong with the hardware.

Question two (if 1 is invalid);
Does it make multiple bleep sounds? if so, it is a hardware problem.

Question three (if 1 & 2 are invalid);
does it startup (fan sounds) but no screen?
check if the graphics card is plugged in okay, same for the monitor cables.
maybe it's just a dumb loose cable

Quedtion four (if none of the above are valid);
did you explain it right to us?, have you ran the same windows for a while?
