The replay you provided us with, is recorded in Prison map.
The replay was very short, around ~13 seconds.
The screenshots don't match with the replay since the screenshots were taken on the Factory map instead of Prison.

I suppose you uploaded the wrong replay?

I know you are reporting the user 2nd time already for forcelag but the replay you provided here, the recording date matches with the one you posted here;

I know in first place the user is not suppose to forcelag during a clanwar at all that's why I will verbally warn the user to either fix his network or to quit clanwarring.
If the user attempts to forcelag again during a clanwar after I verbally warned him, feel free to report him and bigger punishment will be served.
