this guy is ucing all the time its obv in all replays. the most obv 1 is the begining of round 1 and round 5.

I checked the replays several times, no signs of underclocking at all, his speed was fine and reload shots as well.
As for forcelagging, the user had some minor spikes, other than that, he was fine.
Verbal warning will be given, if he attempts to forcelag again in CW, feel free to report him and we will serve bigger punishment.
