Unbeatable is going around abusing people, cursing people
and no one has done anything to stop this

Unbeatable has over 8 accounts, i dont know if same IP or different IP
he has told everyone this, and is carelessly breaking rules

You are allowed to have multiple in-game accounts if that's what you mean?
Regarding harassment and cursing, evidence is required.
It's a terrible thing, I think, in life to wait until you're ready.
I have this feeling now that actually no one is ever ready to do anything.
There is almost no such thing as ready. There is only now.
And you may as well do it now. Generally speaking, now is as good a time as any.

You're allowed to have as much in-game accounts as you want (separate accounts as you mentioned).
There are two types of bans, one of it is permanently where you cannot access FGunZ at all and the other one is by reaching 4 warnings which is called account ban.
If the user is account banned, he is allowed to log on his other account(s) and play on them as he is not neither IP, nor HWID banned.
As for flaming, if you cannot provide us with evidence, we will not take actions and decline your report.
