not just photoshop. any image editing software really. I do tattoo's with gimp because its easier for me, but I'm sure photoshop is pretty easy with it too. I tried a fake ufo footage on sony vegas when I first started using it, and it actually looked pretty damn believable. Showed it to my friend and she was like WHAT THE FUUUUUUUAK and I was like O - O lol its fake man, calm tits. If I spend a few hours on a photo, I can usually make it look like a completely different person. Different skin tone, different bone structure, different complexion, etc o - o its kinda scary how deep into reality breaking that programs like photoshop goes...
