Reason: This player was intentionally stalling multiple matches in a row (for about 10 minutes each) by hiding and avoiding being killed. I told this user to stop, but this person began flaming. Multiple people (including myself) initiated a vote-kick, but the player left and rejoined before he/she was kicked each time.
