Reason: This guy is DDOSing everyone he loses to in gladiator, as usual again. He got banned once but I assume that is not enough? Who unbanned this guy? Or did he find a proxy way around? Anyways, please do something about this because nobody in gladiator likes the guy

No other accounts with his current account (relations). What was his previous character name, the one you're claiming he was already banned for DDoS'ing?

Declined, the proof you provided is insufficient to confirm that he was the one who DDoS'd you.
You should call up your ISP (as it could potentially be bad service) to confirm that you're being DDoS'd.
