Dolph Ziggler should be new Intercontinental Champion , Big E can't be Intercontinental Champion because he had the belt too long even tho its his first time being a champion and he deserves it but in the WWE we need new faces.
Mark Henry Should have his Rematch against Dean Ambrose to be United States Champion.
