It does this to me when my transfer rate is so freaking low. You need to at least make sure your connection is at least stable enough to load.

This happened to me using a different web browser.
Which browser are you using? I'm currently using Mozilla Firefox and it works fine for me. Try using a different web browser other than the one you're currently using and tell us if it works.

It has nothing to do with your browser.

Check if port 8080 is blocked,
The chats go through port 8080, not 80 like the forums.

Some routers have 8080 blocked, so port forward it.

The port 8080 is blocked on my router/modem. Your statement is invalid ;_; and why would the chatbox be on port 8080 not just 80?
