Skype Problems...Can anyone help?

Hi guys, I've had some issues with Skype for the past two days. I don't know what's wrong with it, help? Here is a screenshot of what Skype looks like to me:

Try reinstalling. My skype keeps crashing out of nowhere, I'm waiting for them to release an update that will fix it all.

I tried re installing it like three times :/ still the same.

Try re-installing a different version than the one you have currently.

Sometimes Skype comes out as a scripted or cached version, make sure it does appear to come out like any of those. From what I am seeing, it is not properly loading the essential processes necessarry for Skype due to a connection slow down or a process that is having faulty problems precenting it from showing the correct display. If it does not seek an email, then there is definitelt something going on for data to catch and recieve from the host.

Not sure if it has to do with .NET framework.

Anna - what could that process be that is having faulty problems preventing it?
Miko Pls - It's nothing to do with my network connection, I have Sky Fibre Optic Broadband.
