as far as I'm concerned Brazil isn't being buried under it's own pile of bricks and dust. As of now they are one of the fastest growing economic countries in the world. They simply ignore the 3rd world situations in their country, which is one of the reasons they are able to grow that fast. But they can easily afford this, the higher ups most likely don't give a single brick or dust about the lowlifes there.

We can joke about brs in gunz, but as you said, Brazil is a 1st world country, it growed exponencially in the last decade, and it still follows that way. Unfortunately, it will eventually fall down just like what happened with my country due to a bunch of corrupted politicians.
