Hi, just wondering what the rules are concerning inactive clans with just the 1 leader in it?
Can it be deleted by admins?

No, because some leaders are saving their clan for the next month to rank it and get the prize of #1 clan.

I believe the OP meant to ask if there's a clan with just one user inside it - Leader - and last login date of the leader was lets say 1 year ago.

@OP, there are no rules actually, your only choice is to PM one of the Game Moderators/Administrators but I'd suggest you to PM the GM's since they spare more time on the forums than the Admins because they are busy with real life activities.
If the last login date of the leader was 1 year ago, I guess your request will be approved and the clan will be deleted.
