    System specs?
Did you try to close background processes that might eat up your ram & gpu/cpu?
Did you try updating your graphic card driver?
Did you try to defragment your hdd & clean your registry?

    Upgrade your pc.

What computer specifications are you having?
When did the FPS lag started to occur?
How many players were there in the first room and how many in the second one?
Could you make a "dxdiag" scan, "Save All Information", upload the log on http://pastebin.com/ and share us the link?

    HellSniper ~
1: I have checked before, the only background processes or programs I run during GunZ are ITunes and Google Chrome.
2: Only just updated my graphic card driver 2 weeks ago.
    3: Yes already tried that.

4: I already have another PC/ Laptop of higher specs. I just play on this one mostly because my other one is for work. So I need a solution for this PC.

I'm doing it at the moment.

    George ~
The FPS issue started to occur about 3 days ago.
Here is a link to the dxDiag scan: http://pastebin.com/qdCeqxF3

Seems like you have a decent computer enough to run FGunZ with at least 500~ FPS.
How many players were there in the first room and how many in the second one?
It could be a virus causing your FPS drop.
Download Malwarebytes, install it and run full system scan.
If it finds something that could be harming your computer, delete it immediately.
Download CCleaner and clean all your Registry Files.

If I remember correctly, I read somewhere that the "Card name: Intel(R) Q965/Q963 Express Chipset Family" is on-board VGA and you can't really play games which have big requirements, I suggest you to upgrade your VGA, I personally am having Radeon HD 6670 and I'm running FGunZ perfectly fine with 1000++ FPS although I limited it to 333.
