[Help - Launcher] Patching has failed

Hey, got some issues with getting this one file called /fg.dll, the connection to the server constantly fails. I've already included FGunZ into my AV and Firewall exceptions lists. I've tried redownloading, reinstalling, etc. Please I need your help on this. Here's the launcher log.

Restart your computer and try again. If that doesnt work uninstall fgunz and reinstall it. If that doesnt work. Idk.

Yea, just tried that, seemed like a glimmer of hope but then the patching failed again. Thanks for the suggestion still.

Hello lotm3011,

Seems like something is blocking you from downloading a file.
Have you tried disabling your windows firewall and your anti-virus real time protection?
If you tried that and it still fails to patch the files, download and install TeamViewer and when you're available - PM me your ID & password so I can give you a hand remotely.

Hey thanks! That worked great, realized I didn't completely disable my AV, but once I did I got the file then added fg.dll to my list of exclusions, my AV was seeing it as a virus. Again thanks for the help. Thread can be closed now, think I should be fine.
