The torrent should work flawlessly. If you don't want to use that then give me a link of a download site where I can upload the installer.
It's a terrible thing, I think, in life to wait until you're ready.
I have this feeling now that actually no one is ever ready to do anything.

Some useful tips that would probably solve your MEGA download issue;
- Turn off your anti-virus completely.
- Try to clean your browser's cache and Ctrl + F5 MEGA download page.
If the problem still occurs, try the following thing (worked for me when I used to stuck at 99% on MEGA);
- When your download freezes at 99%, don't close your browser.
- Put your computer on 'Sleeping mode'.
- Wait 10 seconds, start the computer.
- You should receive an error message "Temporary error - retrying"
- Wait a few seconds and see if the download start automatically, if not, click on "Retrying" button and it should resume/finish your file.
