On the actual design of the signature, if this is meant to be Sakura (cherry blossoms), you may want to have some that are in focus (further back, smaller) and the closer ones out of focus (as they are now). Your animated overlay currently looks really really flat.

It was my first experiment with using animation. But i do understand, i acually did mask some blur but apparently that mask moved with the petals too... ( Take a closer look at Nagisa's face to see some of the petals be unblured )

Nice. I would work on the shadows of the character and some coloring is off.

Alright noted. But keep in mind, i always oversaturate the colour in my work without noticing it...
