[Help - Launcher] "Fail to initialize DirectX"

Hi, I'm having hard times because my error is as it says in the title. My screen is a LCD 32 encojer try and enlarge the size but nothing could help me please? I can not seem to fix it :/

1.8) When I start FGunZ it says "FAILED TO INITIALIZE DIRECT X"
You have to delete the config.xml file in your FGunZ folder and re-start FGunZ.

Delete your config.xml from your FreestyleGunZ folder and re-start FGunZ launcher

If you've deleted your Config.xml then just start the game.

Try updating your Graphics Card Drivers & Video drivers.
