The only reason it seems to be that good to people is because all the previous episodes in this arc were shit.

Maybe thats the point? have u ever thought of that, if they keep having the same action thru and thru most of the episodes then it would eventually turn bland. Also what makes this episode stand out was that Chairman Netero knew he would die, but at the end when Netero was fragile he ended up causing the Ant King to feel fear for the first time. Additionally Netero was able to keep up with the Ant King by using a simple move like putting your hands together for when you pray, this one motion was able to keep up with Meruem's god-like speed;this showed Meruem that Netero spent years training that one praying motion and it ended up being on equal footing to the Ant Kings power which caused him to respect Netero.

There is no best. It's limitless good fights. However, if there was to be a best one that wouldn't even come close to it. And I'm pretty sure an anime isn't aiming to have bland episodes (quite sure of this tbh). If they keep having boring episodes they lose watchers (and since switching the day the anime airs, they've already lost quite a few japanese viewers so I doubt they'd want more people to stop watching).
