Let's assume we have one life. What would be the best thing to accomplish?

I have been trying to find out what would be the best thing for me to accomplish in my life time. (After my passions of course).

What would be the best goal and why? Find out if aliens exist? Further technology? Further humans socially? Life has so many limitations. They say to focus on your dreams and dream big and work towards them. But what if your dream is so big, it's impossible? Maybe the best accomplishment would be to get rid of limitations all together so then we could all truly and one day, dream big.

They say we should advance socially, just as fast as we do technologically.

We use all of our brains, all the time. The capacity of usage is usually between 15-30%

To put it into computational terms, we use all the cores of processor and our idle speed is 15%.
