I don't think the user is UC'ing here.
The movements are okay, only a bit glitchy when he talks at the beginning of the second round, but I don't think it's related to uc.

After looking closely a few times I don't think it's UC or anything. It looks like he simply knows how to punish player's mistakes. While some rounds look suspicious, the consistency of these seemed to be somewhat low overall.
To me, this guy just knows how to use something other than SGs.
