for some reason my gunz almost always crashes whenever I f10 first time, and sometimes it does work but when i press f10 again to stop recording it crashes

In my opinion ... request someone to upload "config.xml" ... that might fix your problem.

happens to me at random too, though i never really use the video record.

When you crash, the client should generate a .dmp file which contains the reason why you actually crashed.
Upload that .DMP file (make sure it matches with the date you crashed).
So whenever you crash, upload the file and PM Linear88/Mike but don't open the client before you have the replay uploaded and sent to Linear88/Mike.
They will check it out for you and most likely tell you the reason why you're crashing.

i just f10'd and crashed but it didnt make a new dmp file
