Second Attempt With Liquify

Thanks guys for your wonderful opinions. I'll keep in mind about the low quality when using liquify. The second version was rushed and I neglected the harsh saturated colours. I know everyone's monitors are different but it doesn't look bright on my mac. I'll try my best to make more soon!

That comment was directed towards the people who said it was too bright. I was just implying that it doesnt look bright to me too. I might have another attempt tomorrow and maybe post the results, depending on how good/bad it was.

The only thing that kinda messed w the theme, was his hair being liquified, not sure what would fix that.... hmm.
