RE:Spiker in AnD

First one got declined because I didn't have an image of me asking him to fix it or leave.

Two things for that:

1. Completely stupid rule imop. You can tell when you are spiking, there's no need for someone to tell you, you will notice it.
2. Maybe actually give me a chance to respond with the pic before closing the thread? I don't post every SS I take...

Regarding your questions, it is mandatory for the user to be warned as there are several instances where people are unaware of when they are lagging. Heck, sometimes I'm even unaware of when I'm lagging if no one informs me.
