I've stated this a couple times already, but it's preferable that you provide more evidence rather than just a one line name call; though that word IS highly insulting to some.

This way if the user receives a warning for whatever reason, he has fuel to appeal for an unwarn as it could have been provoked.

Requirements
As I said, make sure you didn't provoke him before reporting, so make sure you include enough screenshots.

We can't just outright mute people for one-line namecalling otherwise we'd have the most quiet server ever; though that'd be somewhat of a thrill.

It's not that we don't believe you, it's that that is how protocol works. I hope that you understand how these are done in consideration.
