The scan lines most of the times ruins the signature so better remove it if you want people to give you a proper cnc.

So how's this?

Well for one thing the text is like almost unreadable. Maybe change it to something more readable. Also seeing lots of pixels on the right side whilst the left side is smooth (however that might be on purpose).

You won't actually know it's him unless you flip the whole thing upside down. It's very interesting tho! It's just... what did you actually do besides the distortion. Since the original is similar.

the saturation on the eyes,
the thing that makes it pixelated thru splatter and copy merge.

The scan lines ruined the picture, also the ripple effect is overused on the character..
Remove some of the ripple effect around his face and it would look a bit better.

I dislike the colors try to use a color filter or change the contrast

for the text i would remove it and change it to a smaller size and change the color to white or black
