Reason: killing humans + zombies in whatever form he is (human or zombie), also disappears and reappears as both in one. (rejoining didn't solve it like when it's a glitch).

That is odd indeed, however it seems like a very bad connection if anything. Hard to say, but as far as I'm concerned, no one did ask to fix or anything. I will presume that what you saw is what he DID NOT experience, so he felt as if he was playing normally. But even at that, I still am not quite sure.

However, due to the fact that there was no ask to fix and whatnot, I cannot fairly warn him.
