... already shows improvement. Just keep pushing different styles and art forms. If something seems like it is close to what you have done in the past move on. Build up your skill level then move on to your own style.

Steal ideas until you can make your own.

I would suggest to read some tutorials on Deviantart, or read some books about photoshop.

The sig with the girl is pretty nice, all the colors fit well together but i guess it's only a stock?
