By the way, 2days ago I call my ISP and I ask him if there's any way to make it faster my internet connection I just ask my ISP but my net connection isn't slow and he ask me what games do I played I told him Freestyle Gunz and today I get this problem. I dont know why, I think my ISP blocks my Freestyle Gunz or else? I dont think so

Not many people know what 'smart broadband' is. It's not a router or modem, so I assume you aren't wireless or connect to a device by eihernet. Is it like a direct connection to a landline or maybe fibre optic cable (doesn't require an external device but a lot of ISPs provide one)?
You can always try flushing your DNS (Dynamic Name Server(s)). Open command promp and type in "ipconfig /flushdns" without quotations. If that does not work, you can always try changing your DNS settings to OpenDNS or Google DNS.

Still havent said what 'smart broadband' is. Like I said before, you aren't using a router/modem nor an ethernet cable to an external device. What makes it 'smart'? Is the connection comming from a direct landline socket to PC? =/
