But, Why my cousin can play FG in his house. I try FG in his computer and its fine, We are same internet connection but why I cant play FG in my PC?

To be honest, My cousin is near from my house I just try it and its fine but he would never play this game. He just play LoL

Your download/upload is "good" enough to play GunZ, there's just something preventing you from accessing the server.

try to network your cousins' net to your pc.
if it still doesn't let you play, try reformatting already.

Well just a random guess but try running game booster it will disable all unnecessary programs maybe even some thing that is blocking your FGunz.
