Reason: calling him a forcelagger and slapping him? , i'm not so sure if he was lagging or not.

I'll let Shino handle this report but I'd like to point something out.
That screenshot has been taken by iTeachArabic if I'm not mistaken, correct me if I'm wrong.
Secondly, we don't accept edited screenshot (yours is cut so it's an invalid SS) but however, you also lack of evidence that Shino slapped him, your friend didn't even SS when Shino slapped him if he ever did.
Secondly, check the pings;

Pretty sure it was your friend lagging because there's huge difference in the first SS and the second one.
