    After setting 7700 7800 did you check if they were open?

    2. We need to check each port 7700 and 7800 for both TCP/UDP.
    You don't need to check both just 1 but I like to make sure by checking TCP/UDP.
    3. When you type the ports numbers you need to click Press Me.
    If they are open it should look something like this.

    i had this problem only on this server i opened ports but got nat then after a few months it suddenly dissapeared without doin anything so might not be a problem on ur side
