Update, With firewall off, it seem to fix the ping issues. But is there away to keep firewall on and have this fixed? But ill restart my pc and see if its fixed with the firewall already on.

Leave your firewall off while playing gunz, turn it back on while you are doing other stuff

Every AV has it's own Firewall which is 1000x better than the Windows Firewall.
I never have my Windows Firewall on since it's pretty much always out of date and it can never protect you from viruses like Trojans/Rats/Keyloggers while the AV's Firewall has a higher chance to do so.
Just disable it permanently, it doesn't take any role anyway.

Just run a quick malwarebyte scan at the end of the day and you will be fine

Windows Firewall is useless, disable it > problem solved.
