Was spectating Akimbo just now, he was 67 HP no AP.
That guy shot him and he went 63 HP.

Reverted the ban of Akimbo.
- Checked his PC (nothing found).
- He doesn't even know what net limiter is.
- You didn't include SS of ping (not really a big deal but he could have had NAT to exactly that player).
- The anti-lead is pretty much broken and needs to be fixed asap.
