Fps drop while recording?

Hello.


I have this problem when ever i start recording my fps drops down to 50 my normal fps is 600!
i don't acctuly know whats causing the problem so i came to the forums for help if anyone knows how to fix
this problem please tell me.


and if anyone knows a better recording software that doesn't eat all your fps please tell.

My recording software at the moment is fraps.

i think your recording card holds less than 100 mb intern.. which causes your main videocard to compensate that loss

Not sure if theres a recording card built in a pc?

Record with F11 and then use your recording program to record over the .gzr record?

Its still the same fps. but i wanna record ingame not over the F11 :/

I don't recommend that at-all, you should record with the in-game feature and then record over the replay using something like FRAPS

record with low resolution if ur video card drop fps with high resolutions

dude in fraps u can only record with 60fps lol

that's why ur fps get drops from 600 to 60
