Blocking Incoming Connections of Players in CTF

Reason: This player was blocking incoming connections from other players and/or blocking outgoing connections to other players. Everyone saw this character standing at the spawn point with an interrupted-connection symbol above his/her head. He/she abused this by playing in a capture the flag game, and began repeatedly scoring the flag. This person also left if a vote kick came up, yet the majority of the team he/she was playing on was pressing N for the EXP. This player had joined and left several times, a minimum of 7 times off the top of my head. If there is any other information you need, I'd be glad to give it to you. Thank you!

The replay you provided doesn't really show much. Do you possibly have a screenshot to show how much exp he gained; it'll give us some idea of how much he actually abused this glitch.

I apologize - I did not take any screenshots, and only remembered after I went offline. I am fine if you are unable to take action on this because of my error. Now I know, and I will proceed to gather as much evidence as possible for reports in the future. Thanks again.
