[Help - Runnable] Slowmotion Gunz? What did i do

So, my game is in slowmotion, in every room I join. And no, the rooms dont have a gravity tag.

So, after i figured i went to some training rooms to check it out. Fallenkratos told me i could get banned for it, since it looks like i UC. But i really dont know what to do, i restarted net, restarted pc, reinstalled FG, i tried everything. Can someone help me?

When you're playing Gunz by any chance are you sat under a clock

i dont UC ok, stop the "You're a hacker" shit.

I set it at 100, and i get 100.

Don't cap your fps at 100 and see if there is a change.

delete config.xml and try again

Maybe there's a program running in the background taking up a lot of memory. Check under your processes
