Proof/Evidence: I know a replay is essential to report for swapping. But your swap detection has already showed that KOR_**** had 7328 kills without dying, reached level 94 with (17000 kills) in 5 days (152 hours), which essentially meant he had to kill 2 players every second he's in Gunz (including the time he searches for a room).
KOR_Head had 975 free kills too, and KOR_Haruhi had 200 free kills also.
You guys know where to find the values I took from. But if you're going to decline this (especially in the case of KOR_****), then i think having a replay totally negates the purpose of this, since players aren't gonna be stupid enough to do it openly.
