Idk if you found the first frame online. But your second try is bad. The lines that make up the second frame are unequal and ugly. Try to have different designs either throughout the entire login or at least more elaborate frames.

Looks like he used a standard frame or found it online, just look at the second try, so blurry and all..

The Username and Password boxes are too dark.
I don't think a Logout button is needed in there. I would consider removing it (also too close to the Login button).
Other than that, it's okay! First one was better.
