No big deal, just close the popup and start the FGunZ launcher.
Which is why I told him to run the launcher as Administrator.
@OP, in-case you can't run it as Administrator as well, I found my post where I explain how to give yourself permission, pretty simple guide;

Log on as an administrator to the server that can host the user's redirected folders. Locate the top-level folder that can hold the user's redirected documents (for example, D:\Redirected, which is shared as \\Server\Redirected\) by using Windows Explorer.
Right-click the folder, and then click Properties.
Click the Security tab > open every single user that's inside the "Group or user names:" list.
Example > "SYSTEM", click on Edit > in order to give full access to the SYSTEM user you must tick the Allow button which applies for "Full Control";

After that you just click OK and close all the sheets and/or other boxes.

When you do that you'll have permission to edit your config file.
Also, when you upload something on pastebin I requested, just post it here, don't tell me that you only uploaded it without sharing the link.
^If you do that with the folder on which FG is installed, you will be able to run the launcher without getting that error.
