its not always about syncing but you did a fairly good job, however you can improve by adding a few cinematics as i said (i know no theater, ill provide you ones soon), no need for split feeds to edit since you'll always have the need to fast forward in order to skip the pointless walking around the map and stuff, just get a simple double/triple or whatever and try editing those
try changing it, its not always syncing shots, try syncing movements too
