so the donation system won't be available to Philippines?? I cant find it though atm. and there's the still other methods but it requires a credit card? How can some people who doesnt have CC, and credit cards and doesnt live in any country listed on the donation system, donate?

DonateByPhone is not available to Philippines but you can use any of the other methods, it's not only CC.

i dont think that donating with paypal card is a good idea because there are stealers.
but if it was oneuse paypal(you can use it only 1 time) then its good.

sorry i'm just annoyed i have wasted £30 xD it's just this is a EU server and the service supports mostly not EU countries right?
