I could only find 7 replays out of 30+ that showing "cBvlgari" playing, some of the replays are glitched and most of the replays aren't showing the user playing, I could only watch 4/5 short replays.
The user movement is normal even though he was floating sometimes, It could be internet problem, Doesn't seem like the user was underclocking so a warning should be given.
Waiting for another opinion.
