First of all , I'd like to say that Queen and I were in a Skype call at the VIP event, and most of the time I told him where the hunter was by looking at others.

Regardless that ^ you can obviously see that the player wasn't ESPing.
First round: I admit that this round looks kinda fishy, but all he did was camping, moving from a place to another place and camping.
Second round: There are no signs of ESPing at all. There was a moment when he ran directly to the hunter and actually died, I believe an ESPer wouldn't do that.
Third round: Opeth was camping at the water for 10 seconds or something, and suddenly Queen decided to elunge to the water ; an ESPer wouldn't elunge directly to the hunter.

Another reason why the user isn't ESPing is because he could easily know where the hunter was by seeing his teamates dying. Overall, as I mentioned above, most of the time I told him where the enemy was.
