If was a mute, which turned into a ban due certain things, extened the ban of what Jurien showed me, but lowered the ban later on cause of a talk with x-people, the end.

Not to mention, a ban or mute can be done with a good explanation.
As we staff members trust each other if we say someone disrespected us or w/e.
No need for proof if you insult stephan or whoever, Dave/McSic or any superior would trust us with our decisions.

With this in mind, couldn't you just lie since you know you're going to be 'believed' without any proof? I personally think that's ridiculous. Anything worth a ban or mute should require evidence to back it up and atleast show the banee/mutee what they've done regardless if it's a staff member or not.

I understand that for the most time staff members wouldn't, but there are always ones that would abuse given the power.

I showed the proof that he does it to me too.
After he got banned it suddenly happened.

Those are 2 factors which could have been used against him, that has nothing to do with the trust.
