I've watched the replay a few times, and I came to the conclusion that the user isn't ESPing. There were no suspicious moments, everything seems fine to me.
About the third round, it seems like he went there to check if someone comes from there, just some common sense, I myself do it most of the time. Could be coincidence as well.
